What is the Paris Agreement?

The Paris Agreement has been signed by 194 countries. It is an agreement negotiated at the major UN climate summit COP 21. It aims to keep global warming below 1.5 degrees. Keeping global warming below 1.5 degrees is essential for us to maintain a safe climate and future for all of us. But even though 194(!) countries have signed it, not a single country has proven they are following the agreement.
